All we need  are the drawings and documents, and after an initial brief consultation on the first project to discuss some particulars like markups and some preferred contacts, we get to work! We print all the drawings and send out the documentation to our trusted supply chain, as well some of your chosen contacts if you prefer. We will expand upon your contact list by using ours to better achieve more competitive costs. We measure the drawings, total and input the takeoff into either our software package or our reliable pricing document to compile the data. By this point, we should have most or all of the specialist quotes returned, with any outstanding quotes contacted again for final return. These will then be inputted to form a complete quote with your preferred markups and labour rates included.

Killuney Holdings will send you a full BOQ breakdown of material costs, labour totals and combined rates shown for every Tender Summary section based on the specific project returnable Tender Summary document. The document that you receive will be a live document that can have any markups, labour rate or prelim adjusted by you after we have sent you the estimate that will change section BOQ rates and subsequent Tender Summary totals. What separates us from the rest is that our service enable you to make adjustments if you wish, compared to a 'flat' document that does not adjust rates if you want to make any changes. Furthermore, we have a full set of Qualifications that can be included in your headed Letter for your submission. Additionally, we compile general notes on the project of certain requirements identified from specs and drawings and return these to you. We will also send you the full set of quotes that we have obtain for the tender. Our service can be tailored in any way to help alleviate any time pressures that you may have.

Often times after the initial estimate is submitted, tender queries can come back from the client as well as value engineering requests. We are here to provide the best possible service and support, and so Killuney Holdings can answer any queries as well as offering value engineering savings based on our expertise to take away the pressure of you having to offer query responses and tender saving costs.
